This is what I weighed this morning. I haven't weighed in for a few weeks. I've gotten over my bout of diverticulitis & found my weight was up & exercise was down. But now things are close to what they were. Well, I haven't been tracking (big surprise) & Thanksgiving is a weird time to start that, but part of me wants to skip the whole Christmas thing & pretend Friday is Jan. 1st. I don't know if Christmas will be cancelled or not, things are really bad COVID-wise in OKC right now. Even if we get the vaccine in December, family get-togethers may still be limited. As of now it'll just be me and the hubby for Thanksgiving. Anyway, with people wanting to shelter & work from home because of OKC's COVID surge, there's a tiny bright side: I won't have tons of home-baked goodies shoved in my face for the next month, LOL! Our Turkey day meal will also be trimmed down, in fact I'm just roasting a turkey breast. We'll have leftover turkey for 2-3 days. I remember one year we did that & both of us lost weight, LOL! Be AWESOME if that could happen again! Might make up for not getting to see my kids & grandkids, but hopefully I'll get a Zoom session with them....hopefully.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
