Hi, probably the lowest weight I'll record for a while. ;-) Tomorrow morning we fly to Vegas. After dropping Beau off at his cat retreat, we stopped for pizza and salad; didn't bother to record it, or the dark chocolate I had to give me a final burst of energy for packing & final prep for a week away.

I've packed healthy travel snacks, good food items to start our stay in our lovely condo, but who knows what my partner will want along the way. ill be as good as I can & still have a good time.

doing this on my phone, so I'll say goodnight and goodbye for now.
127.1 lb Lost so far: 74.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
