The first week is completed. Lost 2 pounds/~1 kg. Feels pretty easy to stick to healthy eating, no alcohol, and not exceeding 1500 calories per day. Keep calm and rock on! 🙏
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
