I know most of the weight that came off is poop/water weight, but it still makes me happy that Ive lost like, 5 pounds since my period. Hopefully gonna keep this up! I know itll most likely go up again when I do more weight training.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
