Time to focus again on losing weight! I've been slowly gaining weight, now it's time to get to the basics. I target 65 kg (143 lbs). I'm going to eat less quantities, no gluten, less red meat, more vegetables, no binge eating (#16seconds approach before trying to eat something), drink a lot of water and no alcohol. I can do it! 🙏💪
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
