Okay, there it is. I said I'd post whatever my weight is today, bad news & all. Actually, it's down a bit from last Friday, but I don't like this nearly as much as I liked 139 lbs. Cue Frankie Valli's "Workin' My Way Back To You," anyone old enough to remember that one?

Also, my weekend plans were to cut eating out down to once & do lots of meal prepping. Riiiight - no, we still ate out four times! And my meal prepping didn't get much further than roasting the butternut squash and extra Jasmine rice. I tried another new recipe last night for Sticky Sirachi Chicken in the Instant Pot. The chicken was okay, but I tried to thicken the sauce in a skillet & ended up scorching it, grrr!!! I don't know why, but the Instant Pot doesn't make a good sauce, it's just too watery. Ah well. Tonight's plan is Basil Chicken, and hopefully getting the rest of the veggies roasted for the week without burning or scorching anything....
143.2 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
