Hoping that bouncing around 310 is in my past and I can start to inch downward again. Have a great day everyone. My goal today is to drink more water and stay properly hydrated. Yesterday I did 164 oz and that doesn't count the numerous times I filled my tumbler with ice before I put in my beverage . . . and look how it paid off.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
