I've had some pretty extreme health problems for the past month, and my weight has skyrocketed. I'm not entirely over them, but if I don't get back on the wagon soon, the first digit in my weight will be a 2 for the first time in my life! So, back on Atkins, back on the water drinking, back on my feet for transport, and maybe a gym membership is in my near future. My doctor says I'm at risk for diabetes, and that risk just goes up the longer I sit on my ever-widening ass. Yay for fear as a motivator!
