Trying to eat at home more often (low calorie and healthy), skipping lunch most days, and no snacks. Managing this often but not every day.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
