Just got back from our friend's 70th Birthday gathering. It turned out OK. The hostess had set up chairs outside so we could visit & still socially distance. A lot of the guests eventually moved indoors but we stayed outside to eat our lunch....a specially prepared individual box lunch. We did go inside briefly for the cake cutting....wearing our masks. We left just in time before a big thunderstorm. Our friend commented he was really happy to see us since he knew we had been keeping to ourselves. One of our friends did make joke about the Coronavirus...he actually had contracted the virus but had not become ill. His wife got it from him. She became more sick than him but recovered. He only knew he had it after she tested positive & then he tested positive for the antibodies. They are in their 40's. A number of the guests were older but didn't appear concerned about being amongst a group.

When we drove into the garage at home Luke Colms' song "Six Feet Apart" started playing on the radio. Coincidence?? It made me tear up.

We did have our cheeseburger salad for dinner last night...in spite of me discovering "someone" 🙄 had eaten one of the leftover burgers. Lots of yummy ingredients & I halved the one Angus burger (1/3 lb.) & it was filling.

Not sure what's for dinner....I'm thinking maybe soup & veggie spring rolls.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
