just weighed in after a week of vacation where i did not count and indulged a lot (pizza, my favorite jalapeno ranch ruffles, veggie corn dog, veggie burgers with fries, lots of hummus and peanut butter, some candy and some heavier beers, too) but we were pretty active doing a few walks and hikes throughout the week out exploring in nature and i am really happy with only a .6 gain today, i figured it could be a lot more (still might show, which is okay) especially since i was eating way more carbs than normal which can cause water retention for me. it was nice to mentally have a food break. i'm home now and still have the rest of the weekend off but will get back to tracking on monday when i am back to work. i am craving veggies, now anyway, haha! my garden is producing lots of cucumbers now, too so will be having a lot of cucumber in my future!
216.4 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
