Did some stationnary biking, climbed stairs instead of using the elevator. I now try to balance more the food I eat and not just concentrate on the quatity (more quality : fibres, etc).

209.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
