ok, well it has been a week and I posted my actual weight of 168.4 BUT I'm upset, I've been following my woe and have resisted SO MUCH temptation and cravings this past week and WHAT? No loss? I"m really ready to just give in to the temps & cravs and give up at least for a day or 2 or 3 or more! It is just such a pain to get my weight to MOVE down and feel like I"m getting somewhere. I use to 'hover' around 145-157 and now it seems like my body wants to climb & stay closer or above 170? AND it won't budge. Ok I guess I'm finished ranting for now.
Since I do weigh myself everyday and want to keep track of the average I"ll list that here also, for my reference; Sunday 167.2, Monday 167.6, Tuesday 167.8, Wednesday 167.6, Thursday 166.8, Friday 167.2, Saturday 168.4 average 167.51 Ok, I"m tired of this stuff.....but I will hang in there, at least for today this moment in time.

168.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
