Day two of my week long business trip to San Diego. So far have managed to stick to my diet and exercise. Hopefully will keep up thanks to very nice hotel gym.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
