I am under 200 this week and very happy about it. I have been working hard and have some great people in my corner helping me stay motivated. Thank you:)

Tonight my son made beef tips & mushrooms....they were so good. I skipped salad so I could have sauteed green pepper and a little onion. I also had sour cream ...it was a splurge but at least it wasnt a cookie or some other confection :D

196.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week

Glad to hear you're doing so well! I was hoping my scales would show a miracle today, but I'll settle for the 1 lb loss. Looks like we are at the same weight. You've done really great! Keep it up!

why would you skip the salad???? INPLACE OF WHAT? You could of had the salad also,YOU know that?

Thank you Raych...hopefully I can keep the scale moving in the right direction. Hi mygranners I had more than enough cabs in my sauteed veggies and sour cream...fitday total was 18 just from one meal and I try to keep below 20 for a whole day. Also if I have too many in one meal I get cravings so I usually try to break up my veggies through out the day to avoid that. How many carbs do you allow yourself a day? I feel great at 20- 25.
