Hi mygranners I had more than enough cabs in my sauteed veggies and sour cream...fitday total was 18 just from one meal and I try to keep below 20 for a whole day. Also if I have too many in one meal I get cravings so I usually try to break up my veggies through out the day to avoid that. How many carbs do you allow yourself a day? I feel great at 20- 25.
