Once again I'm trying to count calories, but I have had a hard time this week as I thought I was able to bring icecream and ice cream treats into the house. Wrong. I can't manage them. I simply need to go out for ice cream if I really feel like I need it. But one thing I have done well this week is that I've walked 30 minutes in the morning for three days in a row. I'l get up tomorrow and do it again!
