Kicking the carbs-kick!

So pre- and post-thanksgiving splurges have started new habits..er..resurrection of old habits...chinese takeout and pizza ordering in!!! It has been at least 3-4 times of each...and what's been scary is the fact that the harder I try to kick it each day, the harder it gets to kick..coz it's just so..damn..easy to give in!!!

I really realized yesterday that I'm getting sucked into a vortex of old habits and my nemesis that got me in trouble in the first place!! So, I finally came up with a game plan yesterday, and went and stocked up on basic, very basic groceries yesterday to allow me to watch my carbs more strictly and make my basic staples of three meals and basic snacks. Also, new plan to get strong and conscientious with my working out. I need to devote two hours daily---no two ways about it!! About time I gave real, serious time to working out! It's not gonna happen otherwise. I'm important, and my health is important!!

Here's the breakdown:
Brunch: Meatless crumbles (1 carb), veggies, egg whites, pepper jack cheese, coffee with creamer (3-4 carbs)
snack: 3 ww cheeses (3 carbs), almonds (1 carb)
1 veggie burger (2 carbs)
Dinner: salad with veggie burger (2 carbs)

Exercise: 30 mins walk/run treadmill at 3.8-.4.3 mph, 200k; Elliptical for 30 mins (270 k), 3 sets of bicep curles (13.5 lbs), 1 set of lateral raises..50 crunches

158.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.0 lb a week
