I gave birth 6 weeks ago. I was 91kg the day before I gave birth.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats 🎉 Well done on your progress. You are doing much better than me! My baby is 4 months now and I dropped 9kg in the first few weeks and then gained 6kg back again 🤦🏼‍♀️

Pamela, dont be hard on yourself. Your body carried a baby for 9months and gave birth.... I Intermittent fast thats been helping and cut down on chocolates, sweets, cold drinks, biscuits and snacks. Have pap and rice once a week and bread twice a week. Thats been helping
