Well I made it through yesterday on less than 1200 calories. I ate grapes for a snack. I did have a half a cup of tapioca pudding with a shot of whip cream. But the scale still showed me this morning that I did good. I don’t feel bloated and I’m content. I’m so grateful for all of you thank you for being in my life.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
