Still no workout, but managed to dip slightly in weight -- .5 lbs.

Ever tried Ezekiel Bread? I love it! All sprouted grain, no flour, low glycemic. Great taste and texture. I toast it with a small layer of all natural peanut butter (no sugar) or melt cheese over a slice in the oven.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

There is a bakery/cafe in the town my sister lives in, all whole grain breads/desserts/ect...and they make ezekiel bread that is SOOO good!! My sister always has it when I go to her house.
