Well I don't know how I did it, but I DID IT!!! My weight has slipped below 140 lbs, just barely but still. My goal last week was to get below 140, and I did it! WOW! Less than 5 lbs to goal weight, WOW! And I've got to admit, I feel pretty good. I look in the mirror & like what I see. Yeah, my waist still needs trimming, but I'm getting there. Anyway, today I'm wearing a pair of cropped pants that I haven't worn for a few years, and they're comfy! Today, life is good. Here's hoping everyone has a great Monday!
139.7 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
