Things are mildly better than yesterday. It's not anywhere close to resolved, but I'm starting to take the steps towards that.
I didn't eat nearly enough yesterday. I was craving all the wrong foods so badly I spent 5 solid minutes in the grocery store staring at the tubes of pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough, talking myself out of buying one and eating the whole thing raw in one sitting. But when it came to the right foods, even my usual treats (such as steak, brie and asparagus, usually off the menu due to price, not carbs) didn't interest me at all.
I ended up doing more exercise than normal, too. I'm all caught up on the 30-day squat challenge, I've walked 7 miles in the last 2 days, and I've lost track of how many sit-up/crunches I've done. Most of the parts of my life that I dislike are completely out of my control, and no amount of work I put in will make any difference. My fitness level I can do something about, and so I'm pouring all my frustration with the other stuff into this.
