I THINK that diet and exercise is finally coming together to get some of this weight off of me. Exercise since 2/5 and diet just since 4/3. Man I hope I can do this. I'm tired of it!!
197.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
