This year I started at 233 punds. On Feb. 2013 I fasted for 24hrs and then started a NO carb diet. First week I lost 10 punds. Then I have some on off weeks. I also started running! First time I ran 1.2km, last time I was able to run 2.5!! Yesterday I walked 10k. My goal is to enter to my first 5k race this year.
