Gonna get back to weekly weigh ins. Birthday just went by and had cake on 3 separate occasions!! I had held off of sweets and treats since Jan 1, abstaining didn't reflect on the scale but it seemed like more of a mental victory. Back at it again.
259.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
