Gaining, yet losing inches?? been strictly keeping calories between 1600-2000 daily. 3-4x a week I have been in the gym.The main thing is I am Feeling great and that is all that matters.
259.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
