"Birthday derailment" and a leg injury slowed wright loss progress. I obtained my control back, losing the weight I had recently gained (about 10 lbs). I had been eating without restraint again, unhappy, and tormented about it. Praise the Lord for answering my desperate prayers and helping me 🙌 He is my only source of strength and help, each day!
188.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
