Feeling a bit better about this detox diet now, with the odd meal away from it and not always hungry. Also having weight loss to see for it helps the morale, but we still all get grumpy and irritable sometimes. Now I'm getting into more of a routine, too, it helps with the diet, as I am tending to manage to get meals made on time or ahead of time. When we don't, we are trying to not make a major issue of having to eat out, just choosing healthy options. Soon we will introduce some carbs into the diet and see how it goes, but will continue on the way we are for now, until the pgx fibre arrives and we give it a bit of a chance. For now, we are following Dr Hyman's diet 100% except when we have to go out or away (KL/ Ipoj), then we are just trying to eat healthy eat-out choices. Yesterday we blew the calories somewhat when we went out with the Pings for lunch, and the scales told the truth (600g back on today). Straight back onto the horse today, though. We have only twice managed the daily half hour walk- it seems if it is going to happen, it has to be me organising it. Tony isn't interested in organising himself to exercise.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
