18.3% body fat (my goal is under 15%). I'm able to maintain my desired weight but not so much for body fat. Probably due to my diet rather than exercise. Hard to watch what I eat since I'm the human garbage disposal for my toddler's left over food which happens to be sugar- and carb-based.

Oh, I'm also in my muscle building phase so I'm lifting heavier weight during the Winter and have a net positive calorie intake. Right before Spring, I will be in my fat cutting phase with more cardio and have a net negative calorie intake. The alternating phases allow for gradual mass building while staying trim...at least that's how the theory goes.
