Well, feeling the cooling of fall coming in to season and thinking about up coming holidays and big dinners. Also feeling under the weather. I think there's something going around so I'm fighting it. Liquorice (black) is something that helps and it's lower fat, though it's high sugar.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
