I can't believe how well I'm sticking to this plan! On Halloween night, I held myself down to 2 bite-size pieces of candy. Yesterday, I actually walked away from cheesecake, and tonight I had salad while the hubby & daughter had pizza! I'm rather proud of myself for this. Maybe I'm finally willing to do whatever it takes to lose this belly of mine! And yeah, down another lb to boot! Not a bad way to start November, not bad at all!
151.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
