Weight remains the same, yet beating personal goals in all physical challenges. running faster/further, lifting more, biking harder. My recovery has been very rapid daily also which helps greatly.
260.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
