I am not doing this any more I need to stop the talking and do something about this weight and stop eating so bad. For example yesterday for lunch I had a chill and cheese hotdog I never eat that crap. Then I said I was only going to have 2 glasses of wine well the 2 turned into much more then that. So today is a start of a new me for real this time.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do it. Take baby steps and don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day. Just make sure you don't have too many bad days in a row. Good luck.
