alhamdulillaah ya rabb. the intermittent fasting is really working for me. trying to decrease the eating window as much as possible. it doesn't help that I have a very early morning. alhamdulillaah though that I'm not following a very strict diet. trying to keep it as junk free and low carb as possible. ya Rabb help me
