Sorry for being such a poor correspondent. Good workout today. 45 minutes on the elliptical for total of 570 calories.

It hasn't been a great week on the diet and workout front. Several social events kept me out late, eating and drinking things I shouldn't and then I was tired in the AM so I skipped the workout. So I missed two workouts. But, I should be able to do better for a while.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
