Back from a week at the lake and I am happy to say I avoided all bread, chips, pastry, baking and sweets. I did not avoid the Michelob ultra tho LOL. gotta have one vice at the lake!!! when you eat low carb you realize how many carbs others eat, not judging or anything, I believe I just don't process carbs as well as others can.
264.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
