I was up 2.5 lbs. my first weigh in in a week after vacation....down 1.6 from that today 😊 Back to religiously logging in every bite...and sip. Decided to forgo alcohol with dinner....a mocktail of Coconut flavored LeCroix with a splash of 50 calorie Cranberry juice and fresh squeezed limes satisfied my beverage desires. Our habit of wine with dinner has apparently been broken after a month long hiatus. I enjoyed a variety of adult beverages at the beach but was able to say "No, not tonight" after returning home. I think I may just enjoy them in social situations going forward. Time for breakfast....
164.8 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
