2028 kcal Fat: 72.52g | Prot: 148.77g | Carb: 206.06g.   Breakfast: flaxseed, naked green machine, lucerne hazelnut sugar free coffee creamer, eggs, silk almond milk unsweetned, Frozen Blueberries, fiberwise, Instant Oatmeal - Plain. Lunch: wishbone light raspberry vinaigrette, gala apple, lucerne fat free yogurt, romaine lettuce, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat). Dinner: santa fe style chicken enchilada soup, jennie-o turkey burgers, steamfresh broccoli. Snacks/Other: jolly time select yellow pop corn, frozen whole strawberries, dymatize protein. more...
