I had a very strange schedule today so I couldn't work out this morning. But I worked out tonight instead! I don't remember the last time I did a workout at night.

Tonight was also when I did my weigh in, so I'm hoping the 2lb gain was just a function of the time of day, but I'm guessing that it's probably not. Sigh...
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
