Going to a tough workout class tonight, so I'm skipping the morning workout. Last night the spousal unit was going to the gym so I went too. Then I took the dog for a run. So, I ended up getting exercise on a day that I planned for none. Good!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
