What!? One night of minor "sins" and I gain 2 pounds. $&#^$!! I tried to compensate by having a REALLY hard workout this morning -- 45 minutes and 610 calories.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
