YESSS! Down a couple pounds! I'm trying to record everything I eat and all the exercise.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great going! journaling food has been proven to help us lose weight. I suppose it keeps us more aware of what we are eating and how much. Nice seeing that chart going down, eh!
