Skipped the workout this morning. I'll try to make this the only day I skip this week. I've worked out 3 days in a row, so I don't feel too bad. I need to follow the diet carefully today since I didn't work out.

196.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
