Benchmark weight is very close to my benchmark weights through April. Perhaps a pound of weight gained. Since I'm working leangains, I'm hoping it's not fat. Off to visit dad next week. Will try and keep in check even though I'll be enjoying treats with him likely every day. Good 91st is on the 29th, and he doesn't know it yet, but he'll be meeting his second great grandchild with his last name, which is a big deal to him. I'm pleased with it too, though with a third bit on the way, a granddaughter will be very welcome.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
