Exercise is still iffy - I spent 30 minutes on the treadclimber & almost fell off of it twice! Probably need to focus more on the walking & less on whatever I'm watching. I've had a bad tummy bug for the past few days, even went home early Tuesday because of it. Tonight the grandkids are coming over, so no idea what I'll have for dinner except it will likely be fast food; not too good there. Plus probably no exercise, though I got some from pushing the old elliptical out of the garage this morning. Salvation Army is supposed to come pick it up today.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
