Started back watching carbs - forgot how many carbs are in everything.
Will have to take one day at a time.
Thi plan works -dropped some lbs since Monday, but a long way to go.
I did it before and I'll do it again. Know it will be harder since the holidays are coming up.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
