And another 3/4 lb gone. I spent 45 minutes on the treadmill last night, and my back was a little stiff & sore this morning, but I think things are starting to get better - least I HOPE so!
151.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
