Not going to weigh in for a while. Need to focus on tracking and cal deficit! 💪😊
193.6 lb Lost so far: 106.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't like the scale either it lies.... I can tell if Im losing by my measurements I measure myself. weigh I will do it monthly or should say will do it again monthly I just got back lol things like ham can make me go up 5lbs in no time at all on a scale and then I flush my system and its gone down again so I stay clear of them most the time lol...good luck;)

And you have a brain pretty face.... where I work there are several scales each one will say something different...makes you to believe you lost or not each time and thats not fun at all.. measure or go by how your clothing feels and you will begin to get the knack of it and letting go...maybe try not weighing one day then two and so on;)

Oh for sure. My biggest issue with everything is that I have to have this control on everything and I gotta lean to lighten up ! It’s been a hard lesson to learn in all areas not just with my wt but I’m getting there. Slowly but surely. I refuse to give up!

Ladies thank you for always encouraging me. You def do. And I def am in a better place to continue to make changes. Not just make them but keep them going. Scale is getting the 🖕
