I just love eating right before bed. The fattier and starcher the food the better I feel and the sounder I sleep. Sugary food are ok too if I can’t find anything fatty or starchy.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

try eating oatmeal before bed.. you can always add a bit of fruit for the sweetness! good luck! 😘

or if you're near an Aldi they sell "Dominion butterscotch" it's 0 sugar..n 7 calories for 2 sweets.. okay if you have a few of them there is a tiny bit of sugar.. but they are yummy n lovely n sweet n manage to kill my evening craving.. they sell them on a rack by the till!
