Well, I have gained around 5 pounds, however I have been significantly more active. Haven't been logging it of course, but I try to get to the gym at least 2-3 times a week, and I have been running at a steady 4.5mph rate for one mile. I don't really know how much weight I'm supposed to gain in muscle while doing that, but hopefully this is normal.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
